Emma HN3843 was produced by Royal Doulton in 1997 in a limited edition of 3500. The figurine is one of a collection of five Literary Heroines and does, of course, depict Emma Woodhouse, the rather meddlesome matchmaker from Jane Austen's much-loved novel.  

The figurine was issued in a limited edition and as such is supplied with a numbered certificate of authenticity.
