Tracy HN2736 by Royal Doulton and from their retired Collection of Vanity Fair Ladies.  The idea of the Collection was to provide a variety of ladies dressed in simple white gowns subtly decorated, which in the case of Tracy was a single red rose caught in the folds of her skirts.
