The French Peasant HN2075 by Royal Doulton was in production for only a short time in the 1950s, hence the reason for how rarely she now appears. 

The model was designed by the master Leslie Harradine who has perfectly captured a moment during her daily work routine.  The French Peasant is painted in a palette of earthy colours and her skirts are decorated with a simple leaf design. 

A superb figurine for the collector of retired Royal Doulton characters.
