The Ermine Coat HN1981 from Royal Doulton was first issued in 1945 and was eventually retired in 1967.  This age of Doulton figurine was completely handpainted by skilled artists at the Nile Street factory in Stoke on Trent, England.  The result is a simply stunning figurine.
