Kensington Parade is a delightful example from Coalport's retired Age of Elegance Collection.  Rather than the usual glazed finish the Age of Elegance figurines have a matt texture, which is the appeal to so many collectors who appreciate the intricate detail that is achieved.  

Kensington Parade features a beautiful young lady out for a stroll on a Summer's day.  Her long lilac skirts swirl around her revealing a glimpse of lacey petticoats in a deeper mauve also the colour of her very elegant fitted jacket.  Two pretty pink roses are worn on the collar of her jacket matching the closed parasol she holds.
