Here we have the very popular Gail figurine recreated in miniature form for Royal Doulton's retired Miniature Pretty Ladies Collection.  She's dressed in a rich red gown with an ermine-edged jacket and matching hat. 

Miniatures from this retired collection are not to be confused with the mini ladies that Doulton are currently producing in China.
