Victoria is a beautiful example of the detail that was achieved with these petite-size ladies.  She is dressed in a gorgeous ball gown in the softest blue.  The gown is cut away to reveal a ruched inset at the front in deep cream edged with bows and roses, which are repeated at the back of the dress.
