Dinky Doo, from Royal Doulton's retired catalogue of child figures, is thought to have been inspired by the old Jimmy Durante song Inka Dinka Doo, but whatever the inspiration she’s a cutie.  Here she is in lilac the original colour; she was later released in peach and then again in pale blue.
