England is one of the four figurines that belong to Royal Doulton's retired Ladies of the British Isles.  The others are Scotland, Ireland and Wales. This English rose is dressed in a peasant costume decorated with roses.  A yellow ribbon winds around her hands and skirts as though she's maypole dancing.
