There are two balloon sellers included in a collection of seven miniature character studies, which were retired by Royal Doulton in the early 1990s. Here we have the one standing and we also have in stock the miniature Old Balloon Seller (seated). These figures should not be confused with the currently available mini street vendors which are made in China.
