Here we have the very popular Royal Doulton Christmas Morn recreated in miniature form, HN3212, for Royal Doulton's Miniature Pretty Ladies Collection.  She's dressed in crimson skirt and jacket. The jacket is edged in ermine and she carries a matching ermine muff. 

Miniatures from this retired collection are not to be confused with the mini ladies that Doulton are currently producing in China.
