Catherine of Aragon was married to Henry VIII for 24 years but fell out of favour with the King when their union failed to produce a male heir. Their marriage was ended in 1533 and Catherine died alone and forgotten a year later.

This superb Royal Doulton figure of Catherine of Aragon HN3233 is from Pauline Parsons and was the first edition in Royal Doulton's extremely popular series The Wives of Henry VIII.  Each was issued in a limited edition of 9500 and is therefore supplied with a numbered certificate of authenticity.
