The figurines in the Royal Doulton retired Classique Collection were produced in resin, which allowed for a particularly detailed and realistic finish.  The collection aimed to recapture the fashions of the 1900s.

Tanya CL4006 is one of only two black women in the Classique Collection (the other being Bernadette) and is arguably one of the most sought-after of the Classique figurines.  She is dressed in a striking red evening gown with matching accessories.  Her elegant outfit is completed with long white evening gloves.

Supplied in a plain white box with a marble-like plinth into which the figurine stands and certificate of authenticity.
