A delightfully fresh-looking figurine from the Royal Doulton retired catalogue of ladies.  Spring Posy is one of a Collection of four figurines representing the Seasons, which were exclusive to the Guild of Specialist China and Glass Retailers.  As such each carries a special gold backstamp.  The complete set comprises Spring Posy, Summer Blooms, Autumn Flowers and Winter Bouquet.

Spring Posy is dressed in a gorgeous lime green outfit with flowing skirts and fitted jacket.  Keeping her beautiful auburn hair in place is a matching bonnet.  She carries a posy of daisies.
