Scarlett HN4408 by Royal Doulton was amongst the last of the Pretty Ladies to be made in England.

The figurine shows a beautiful young girl with long brown hair dressed in a rich crimson gown.  She catches up her skirts in a swirl of movement revealing white petticoats and a delicate red slipper.
