Request for Insurance Valuation
To assist with an insurance claim for damaged or stolen figurines and/or other collectables we can provide a valuation of the cost to replace. Our charge for this service is fully refundable if you purchase replacement items from us. In support of your request for an insurance valuation please let us have as much information as possible to help us correctly identify the figurines/collectables involved. For example: HN numbers of Royal Doulton figurines, names & colours of Coalport and Worcester. If you don't have these details we can usually identify figurines from photographs even when the items only appear in the background. Please see our Contact Us page for all our contact details. Please note our check-out will automatically add our standard postal charge of £10.00 to any purchase of an Insurance Valuation. Please ignore this as it will be deducted before any payment is taken from your debit/credit card.
