Mary, Queen of Scots HN3142 by Royal Doulton was the fourth and final figurine in the very popular Queens of the Realm Collection.  Issued in a limited edition of 5000 she is supplied here with her numbered certificate of authenticity.

The figure is historically accurate depicting the Queen with delicate pale skin, hazel eyes and golden-red hair.  Her jewels were painstakingly reproduced, including the cross which emphasised her devout religious beliefs.  Mary also loved literature and the arts and is depicted holding a poetry book.
