Henley HN3367 launched the Royal Doulton British Sporting Heritage Series, a collection of four limited edition figurines.  Henley was, of course, inspired by the regatta held in the picturesque country town of the same name. The regatta has been held annually since 1839 and has always been as much about fashion and social life as about boating. The figurine was issued in a limited edition and is supplied with a numbered certificate of authenticity.
