Dinky Doo HN1678, from Royal Doulton's retired catalogue of child figures, is thought to have been inspired by the old Jimmy Durante song Inka Dinka Doo, but whatever the inspiration she's a cutie.  Here she is in lilac the original colour; she was later released in peach and then again in pale blue.
