All Aboard HN2940 is one of several figurines belonging to the Royal Doulton retired Collection of Sea Characters.  The Collection includes a variety of figures full of detail and All Aboard is no exception.  It shows a bearded sea-farer calling out to potential customers for a deep-sea-fishing trip which is to depart at 1000 hours and the clock is showing a few minutes to departure.  It's a great figurine which effortlessly conjures up images of many British seaside resorts.
